It is Gimhae's representative festival that inherits the value of traditional ceramic culture and presents it through a modern reinterpretation. Celebrating its 31st anniversary this year, the Gimhae Buncheong Ceramic Festival features a variety of programs, including artwork exhibitions and sales, pottery-making experiences, and pottery demonstrations, designed to allow visitors to experience the unique beauty and artistry of Gimhae Buncheong ceramics up close. In particular, visitors can admire the distinctive works of local ceramic artists all in one place, and through hands-on programs where they can touch clay and create pottery themselves, they can experience the charm of Buncheong ceramics in an easy and fun way.
